Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the third annual Ducks Unlimited Expo (DUX) at Texas Motor Speedway, May 5-7, 2023!

All DUX Volunteers receive the following:
- FREE t-shirt(s) to wear while volunteering
- FREE parking each day of DUX
- FREE entry into DUX
- FREE lunch during your volunteer shift
Still curious about volunteering but need more information? All volunteers may be asked to assist Village Managers and manufacturers as needed; other duties are varied depending on where you choose to volunteer. Here are the various opportunities at DUX:
Ambassador Committee – Volunteers act as liaison between the exhibitors, sponsors, convention services & show management by answering questions & securing resources before and during the Expo. Ambassadors will also distribute DUX information and answer attendee questions.
Apparel Committee – Volunteers will distribute volunteer apparel and credentials before and during DUX.
Conservation Village – Volunteers will assist non-profit agencies with their conservation exhibits as needed, as well as assist children of all ages with hands-on activities promoting conservation and environmental awareness.
Demonstration & Seminar Committee – Volunteers will ensure sponsors amd exhibitors are aware of their designated demonstration/seminar times and assist them with set-up and takedown as needed.
Dog Village – Volunteers will supervise dog water jumping and agility activities.
Fishing Village – Volunteers will supervise casting in the water and assist attendees with safety gear, equipment selection and proper usage.
Shooting Village – Volunteers will supervise firing line and assist attendees with safety equipment and proper usage of equipment.
Volunteer Hospitality – Volunteers will help coordinate volunteer check-in and assist with meal tickets, as well as oversee water distribution for all volunteers.
Waiver/Information Committee – Volunteers will ensure waiver release forms are completed and distribute the appropriate credential to attendees.
